Overall, this was a disaster. If we didn't finally realize that the panel could be reset, we'd end up being out 2200 dollars. This was the company Miele told us to call. Shouldn't they have known this?
In addition, I wasn't aware that if a tech just touches a machine, which are the exact words this owner used, then a repair charhge is due. Avioid this company!!
