LENNAR Central Park Townhomes

In a nutshell, we lost $5000.00 within three days of initially signing to buy our 1st home (a 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhome). I informed them that we decided that the home would not fit our needs and we were contacted by the salesperson immediate boss and the vice president of their company to try to talk me into changing my mind. They tried very hard to convince us that we were making a mistake. That it was Buyer's Remorse. To me that is very condescending. It was our decision to make. Not theirs to pressure us into. They kept stating that there was not a law, except for purchasing a condo, that would allow us our money back. I even spoke to a Lennar attorney, who stated the same thing. We have no money to sue for our $5000.00 back - what do we do?! We told the salesperson within the 3 day period. What else is there? They had everybody call us to try to convince us. All we wanted was our money or even 1/2 of it. Something. It is just good ethics. We would have been/still willing to get even just 1/2 of the money as we notified them within three days of initially signing). We understand that the house was held for that time, however, we were told by GL Homes, where we just purchased our 1st home, that what they did was very unethical and GL Homes had a 10 day grace period.
