They're GREAT. I have used Dr. Nadrea Sookhoo for my 2 cats, Sparky and Snickers, and she is so VERY kind, professional and pleasant to deal with as is all of the staff there. Very nice and close to my house!!

This is the best office.  They treat everyone, human and animal, with courtesy and professionalism.  I feel that they are on the expensive side, but they are holistic and they are great.  If you want the best for your little one, these are the people to see!

Our regular Vet is Kera Sinclair. She is absolutely wonderful ! We have 2 labs and a pit bull mix. Our yellow lab is a rescue and has lots of anxiety issues. Dr Sinclair is so good with him. She takes her time during our appointments, answers all of our questions. When we have an emergency they are always available. I am very happy with all the staff and the care my animals receive.

We have used Dr. Turkell and this practice for more than a year. We went there when no one seemed to know why our senior dog was having some spotting and to get her some help for her painful back legs. We went thinking she might benefit from cold acupuncture. We took both our dogs for a checkup as well. Dr. Turkell personally spent a long time with us and his recommendation was to put her on a diet and do specific exercises at home. He did offer some internal PT which we decided to wait on to see if the weight lost and home therapy would help. It did! Our14 year old girl is doing great and our 4 year old, who has always had skin issues, is much better. We had to rush here there one day with pancreatitis and were very happy with their treatment of her and genuine concern. They always explain any options and we never feel pressured to use the most expensive treatment. The nursing staff and support personnel are excellent as well.

They are very caring. They have a top notch facility. Everything is nice and they have everything that I need. They have oxygen and stem cell for dogs. When I first used them, we had an emergency situation and they took care of it. From then on, we bring our dogs there for pet care and needs. We have been very pleased with their care. They are quite expensive.

Dr. Fuentes proved to be a thorough and caring Vet. He clearly explained everything he was doing and why.
The infection required a second treatment but in due course was cleared up.
We wouldn't hesitate to use him again.
One thing though, we waited for quite some time in the waiting room on our first visit. We thought the vet was dealing with an emergency. It turned out that the receptionist failed to inform the Vet that we were there so other people who came in were taken instead of us. The Vet apologized for the foul up.
Thus, if you find you are waiting too long, you should immediately check with the front desk.

She is an excellent doctor. You do not feel rushed. She takes time with you to answer all your questions. You can tell how much she loves animals. I would highly reccomend her.

They have a 24 hour emergency service which is great. They are terrific. You never have to wait. They are always friendly and helpful. They love all of the animals there. They are very holistic as well.

They were very concerned about my dog. They took their time and explained everything. They have tremendous doctors there. They have veterinary service, and grooming service. They just seemed terrific. I'm going back to use a regular vet. I would use them again. In fact, I have an appointment tomorrow.

My dog was seen by the vet and it was determined she needed x-rays. I was new to this area and went to this clinic because my former vet was 45 minutes away. She was found to have a torn ACL and at that point needed further consultation with and orthopedic specialist. My dog was in pain and sent home to wait for further word on follow - up there for this appointment. The vet NEVER called to F/U with this. After 2 days I called the manager and was told that the vet was on vacation. She did not leave word with anyone about my case and no one knew what was going on. I paid a ridiculous amount of money as well for the services performed while watching my poor dog suffer without proper help! The place looks nice inside which is just a cover for their complete imcompetency.

The veterinarian was very informative and kind. Really could not provide a diagnosis but did give me some medication to treat the symptom. They scheduled follow-up appointments without telling me. They put them on the bottom of my receipt. I think their kinda pricey but if you've been to their facility you would know why.

They had a tremendous follow up. They would call the next day to follow-up and see how the dog was doing. THey never had any unnecessary vacinations, they would take a blood sample. They were also willing to fit us into a schedule when a problem occured.

They were very kind and nice. I was happy with the service, but the price was too high. I am not sure if I would use them again because of the price.
