Builders of America is one of the best companies that I was ever involved with. Started with a major roof leak coming in through my from door header. I called Builders of America at 1:00 PM and David responded back to me within two hours. I explained the issues, and he said that he had to be in my area tonight for some estimates, and he would like to stop by. At 6 PM David arrived, looked at the issues and said he could be at my house tomorrow morning which I said great. At 8:03 AM David arrived with his partner (Luis) and proceeded to go to work. The work was more extensive than they thought. David took pictures every step of the way, along with videos with explanations. They resolved the issues with my roof in two days. I would recommend Builders of America to anyone who has a roof issue.They are very knowable in roof leaks, very polite and honest. They do clean work. Their prices are great When they were finished you wouldn't even know that there was roof work going on. I want to thank David and Luis for a job well done and you guys will be my go to roofers. This was the best company I have ever hired. I was selling my house and the inspection revealed a roof repair that needed to be done before the closing. When I was referred to David, he called me within minutes of me posting the job and he came out on a Sunday just to give me an estimate. The job was completed by Tuesday and included photos of the repair process for my insurance company. David was great at communicating with me about pricing, the process, and what needed to be done for my specific job. Other roofers wanted to reroof the whole house, but David was correct in assuring me that only a small portion needed repairing, saving me thousands of dollars. We communicated only over the phone and the job was done perfectly. I am so pleased with this company and would recommend them to anyone with roof issues!

David and his team were very professional with specific information, including photo and video, from the free inspection to completion of the repairs. David's estimate provided a range of cost assuming the worst case. After the work, a discount was included in the final cost because the best case condition was the good news.

David is very courteous and very professional. He provided me a reasonable quote for the work that is needed to be done. Upon expecting the roof he provided before and after pictures of the roof. He showed us what roof tile were broken and when it is repaired. He also offered that he will gladly check my roof after we get it power washed to assure that none of the fixed tile were broken. I really great person and a great company. I will hire them again if needed.

Had a great experience with these guys as a crew of three showed up timely and worked really hard. Thier price was great. I hired them to repair my roof where the flashing joins and power wash the roof, sides of house, driveway, and back patio.

They are probably, all in one, a great company. The issue that put a cloud over us is that they have waiting for tile for 5 months, because they didn't order tile for two months. I believe they were just overwhelmed with the number of roofs they were handling due to Hurricane Irma

This company did a fantastic job! We searched for the perfect company to repair a large mobile home asphalt shingle roof. Builders of America, LLC was an excellent choice. Their crew chief David did a great job explaining everything in detail and sent us step-by-step photos and information as the job was done. He provided a reasonable estimate and final bill for the procedures and kept us informed throughout the process. They were prompt, honest, efficient and knowledgeable. We would not hesitate to hire this company again and would recommend them to anyone in need of roof repairs. We needed additional repairs due to recent torrential rains. Once again, Builders of America was promptly on the job, finishing the work quickly and efficiently. Their price was reasonable, work was excellent, they furnished photos of all phases of repair, and we would not hesitate to hire them again. Well done!

I was pleasantly surprised to find a roof repair company that answered the phone on the first call, came out to look at the job and followed up with a quote that same evening. David and crew showed up 1/2 hour early and began work immediately. Very organized, no mess, and they cleaned up everyday leaving no mess and used drop cloths. The blending of materials old and new was excellent for the several repairs they completed. I was sent pictures of each repair before, during and after at the end of each day. I would highly recommend David Restrepo and crew with Builder's of America and bring him back for my roofing repairs.
