The appointment was scheduled for 6/5/09 at 4:00 PM. At 4:30 PM, I called Starr Services office to find why their technician had not shown up. I was told by a person identifying herself as the accountant, that it was raining and the receptionist was supposed to have called me to reschedule; but left early and obviously did not. I accepted her explaination and we rescheduled the appointment for 4:00 PM on 6/8/09. So come 4:00 PM today, no serviceman. I called the office and was told "Oh he is running late" he'll be there at 4:30 PM. (again I had made the call). so we waited until 5:00 PM and called and said please just cancel the service call. In about 5 minutes, the phone rang and it was the service person calling saying he had been sent a page to call this (our) number. The service person wasn't told anything and we had to explain the problem. Everyone was very nice, but there is absolutely NO customer service, nor any real desire to give it. We made EVERY phone call and not one person apologized for their lousy service. Don't even bother calling this company unless you want the run a round.
