Renee called me right away, on a Saturday morning and was at my house within 45 minutes. He fixed the problem and took the time to explain to me what caused the problem in the 1st place. Yes clogged pipes but there was another underlying issue which I would never had known about!

ODS, Renee was awesome! Within an hour of my phone call, he was at my home, assess the problem and proceeded to fix it. I had a bad drain blockage and he had to work on it for a while to get it cleared but when he was done, I could see through the camera that it was like brand new. Renee has a great personality very kind very considerate, very thorough. I would highly recommend him to anybody.! I will continue to use him for my maintenance going forward.

Asked Angi for a referral to a local company that cleans pool deck channel drains. Received an immediate reply from Rene Perez, Omega Drain Services and scheduled an appointment for the following day. Mr. Perez arrived exactly on time and began the process. He had latest video inspection and hydrojetting technology. The challenge was 60 feet of 20 year old drain clogged with roots, dirt and assorted debris.
