Omega drain services was great at solving my issue. I had a clog in two of my bathrooms that were connected to the same line. This same issue happened a month ago where another plumbing company snaked the line. I thought it fixed the issue but to my surprise it was clogged again a month later. I recommend hydro cleaning service offered by omega. When they unclogged the drain with the hydro cleaning service I could see the water flow out to the city line for about 3 minutes. That showed me how bad the clog was. I definitely recommend their services. I have a large family so I will be doing this once every 12-18 months. It s really not that expensive considering your covering the whole house.

It drains for a month and it clogs again. They went on top and used a plunger. It gets stuck again after a month. Very bad. They do not do the job. My drain had not been unclogged and they have not returned to be fixed. Maximum dollars for nothing. Do not use them, mostly if You are a senior citizen.

Rene and Ray responded right away to you 8 pm emergency service request. They thoroughly inspected all bathroom water closets, outdoor main line drain, and adjacent underground septic tank and field. They quickly resolved the clogged line by augering out the roof vapor vents. Very courteous and professional service.

Services is excellent

Got an immediate response to our inquiry. Quickly responded - they were at work with 45 minutes of our request. Didn't just "fix the problem" by removing the clog but did the job right, not just snaking out the clog, but pressure cleaning the sanitary service both to the street and beneath the floor slab for the length of the house. Their price was very competitive and they responded immediately. We also contacted a "national company", and they wouldn't show up for another 24 hours. They certainly earned our appreciation and respect.
