Benzah Vent Cleaning

We had a little problem with communication. It rained on the day they were scheduled to inspect my chimney and never showed up. I had to call a few times before I got a hold of someone and was told they don?t inspect chimneys in the rain. I just wish they had told me that they were not coming I waited all day for them to show up. They rescheduled and did a great job. I am having them do some more work next month. I recommend them for sure.

Friendly and professional service. He even took a short video of his inspection of the chimney on the roof so I could better understand what it looked like. I would recommend Benzah to anyone looking for chimney/fireplace service.

Anthony from Benzah Vent Cleaning is extremely friendly. I never felt like he was too busy or important to service the chimney. We had to reschedule a few times due to weather issues (they have to go on top of the roof.) This is a safety hazard and itâ s challenging to reschedule but he even came out on a normal day off. He charged less than another company I had spoke with last year. This is a very busy time of year for chimneys to get cleaned but he got me an appointment before the holidays and we appreciate it.

Anthony is the owner of Benzar and his company was the best service company I have ever had. Explaining everything he did and why as he worked. And put me at ease as He talked about his wife and kids (mentioning them his eyes lit up) making me feel as if a friend was here. When he was done he cleaned any mess he made which is something most do not do. I will use him again and tell my friends about his company.

Anthony was quick to contact me to discuss work needed and to schedule appointment. I hired him for cleaning dryer and air vents. He was thorough in his work and knowledge, cleaned up all messes and walked me through before and after progress to ensure I was happy with results. I would hire again!

This company worked with me, stayed in touch with me during the hour window and showed up when I told them I was there. Anthony and Chris did excellent work. Explained everything as they went. Showed me problem areas before cleaning them. Provided me with before and after photos. Their company also provided cleaning services for a new move in. After cleaning, they asked me to please walk through and check to make sure they cleaned everything I asked for, and they did. Very professional and courteous.
