Very pleasant and great company to work with.

Do not hire roberts family construction. The ripped me off. They charged me for a new roof and all they did was lay down material which blew off and ignored my calls. 100% happy with Wilmington city roofers.

Warren responded very quickly and had my flat roof leak repaired with a 1 year warranty. One year warranty, that's how much he trusts his work.

After 2 other roofers couldn t find the needed repair, Warren came out, promptly found where the leak was, fixed it and charged a completely acceptable amount (with guarantee).

So rude and condescending and did not fulfill the job to completion. I understand the frustration of an old roof with several issues but that is not my fault nor his so there is no need to get rude and snippy with me about the issues. And to think that when I addressed that he was speaking to me in a rude manner, he went into victim mode and said I was questioning his character! It is not my fault you don't know how to speak to human beings and are unable to fix the roof issues completely. Keep your personal feelings to yourself and do your job. Thank you

The roofers, Warren and Will, showed up on time and were very courteous. They worked for hours in 95+ degree heat, without complaints. The job was completed in half a day, and no debris was left on site. Their price was reasonable, and I would definitely recommend them.

It was a pleasure working with Warren. He kept me in the loop throughout the entire project. He offered me the best pricing and the project turned out very well. I am completely satisfied and will refer him to all my friends. Addendum- less than a year later After leaks and drips in several locations I had to have the roof completely redone. This was originally paid for by my insurance company. I had to pay out of pocket to have the roof redone. A 10,000 job. Not at all happy. Thanks again.
