DOBRZYNSKI'S TREE SERVICE

I got six estimates and John's was one of the lowest three. We contracted to remove a very large, hazardous tulip poplar (125' feet). We also contracted to remove an easier poplar, elevate about 4 trees, and grind one stump. They arrived and did fine taking down the smaller poplar manually. Then they elevated the maple, I only wanted deadwood off, but they hacked off 4 large limbs, which I think harmed the tree. They climbed the rotting, hazardous tree and said it made weird sounds when they started roping it, and said they felt it was more rotten than they thought. They decided not to touch it. Additionally, they didn't elevate the trees on that side of the house. Also, John claimed that the stump grinder wasn't working right, so they didn't grind the stump. They also broke a small item and cut a large gash in a mesh patio screen and those weren't mentioned. I paid for the smaller job and hired a crane and another company to finish the job. No workman's comp. Careful.
