They came on time, did the work cleanly and well. The men were polite.

On time and fast service, they took the gutter debris with them. and showed pictures when they done. I would hire again.

Originally I was quite pleased with the price and the service. They were prompt and courteous and seemed to solve the problem. They were paid in full when they completed. Within a week, pieces of gutter guard started falling off the 2nd floor roofline, as though they hadn't been properly re-attached after their cleaning. I have reached out to them and John Sullivan several times via phone, email and text, and have gotten zero response. I would simply like them to come back to re-attach the pieces that fell, and re-check the rest. That doesn't seem too much to ask for a company that claims to be professional and thankful for my business.

Excellent. We had not cleaned the roof drains on our 3 story home in 2 years and these guys came out and zipped through the extremely clogged gutters and downspouts in less than an hour. As others have mentioned, they even went so far as to show us before and after pictures of the work. When I think of how long it would have taken my wife and I to do this, how many arguments it would have engendered, and how it is actually dangerous work... absolutely worth every penny. We will be contacting them at least once a year and recommending them widely.

John and his team did great work. They not only cleaned out gutters and downspouts, they swept off roof and cleaned up the debris. I Was very happy with the results and I plan to use them again. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.
