They were prompt and courteous. The only issue I have is they didn't show before and after pictures of the work. Other than that small discrepancy they were very good and reasonable.

My gutters were cleaned very well. I didn t initially hire them but they did the job very well.

I wanted to wait until it rained before I rated this company for cleaning my gutters. I have a very tall house, and during heavy (and moderate) rain storms, several of my gutters would overflow. Now that we have had some pretty heavy rain the last few days, I can say that all of the problem areas are clear, and I am quite satisfied with the work! Thanks!

John contacted me right away and gave a very good price to clean the gutters at my townhome and my adjoining neighbor home. I asked if he could remove a bird nest from my neighbor gutter and refasten a loose fascia piece and he agreed. I was surprised that his son walked over the roofs from front to back to blow out the gutters with I believe a leaf blower and did not walk around back with the ladder. My gutter was not too dirty and I felt a decent job was done. However, my neighbor gutter was quite dirty, and when the gutter was blown out-not hand cleaned-a big deposit of black gunk came onto the gutter downspout exterior. John said they would return that same day to clean it up and refasten the fascia. It took numerous calls and texts and a bad review threat-over a 16-day period-before they returned. That was disappointing and my neighbor was not satisfied as there was still some debris hanging from her downspout and the fascia piece has a buckle in it. If they had come back that first day or responded to the calls and texts, this review would be more positive as they were nice people and again gave a very good price for the service.

I was disappointed in their lack of professionalism. They did not have an invoice and to date I have not received a receipt. No I would not hire them again.
