They did my drain cleaning as I expected after reading reviews from earlier customers. I plan to use them again. They responded promptly, and completely to my initial request We set up an initial day and later agreed to a later time due to the really hot afternoon temperatures. John, the owner, was truly professional. courteous, and honest throughout. He arrived on time and covered exactly what he would do, He said he would show me a picture of each of my six areas as they were done. He removed the debris, snaked each downspout, and cleared any minor things that were left by hosing down the inside of the gutter. There was no need to tighten any gutters or downspouts. John cleaned all 6 gutters and downspouts to my satisfaction. He also gave me a few tips about what to look for after a rain. I highly recommend them as a company that does a superb cleaning job at the time they say, Nothing negative to say about the before, during, and after the job. A big THANK YOU to John and I'll call again after the leaves have stopped falling

They came out and cleaned the gutters the same day! They climbed onto the roof, which was not easy, and removed a lot of debris in a short period of time. They were polite and efficient.

They were to clean gutters and downspouts which they did. They were specifically asked to be careful with the electric heat tape used during freezing weather so there would be no ice damming. The workmen ignored my request and left the heat tape dangling out of the gutter. I called and requested they return and fix the problem and then called again and requested they do some power washing and have yet to hear back. As long as I am disabled l must rely on contractors for help. I cannot rely on this company and would not recommend their services.

I hired Clean n fresh to clean my gutters which were overflowing during rain, and nothing was coming out of the downspout. They were professional and efficient. But 2 weeks later we had a downpour and I noticed my gutters were still overflowing while nothing was coming out of the downspout. I texted the technician who cleaned my gutters and he said he would talk to John about getting out there asap and at no charge to me to check it out. Since I have texted 2 follow-ups asking if he heard from John, I called both his cell number and the main office number. I left a message online through their website. I get the feeling the technician ghosted me and the company is ignoring me or is just too busy to care. Either way, I am left questioning their quality of work, pride in their jobs, and wondering who I should call to do the job I paid them for. P.S. in the photo you can see water that is overflowed from the gutter and the downspout it's connected to has no water coming out.

They came out to do a gutter cleaning project that was not done right by another professional. They immediately figured out the problem. They were the only company willing to do a partial project - everyone else insisted on redoing the entire project that we just paid to have done 2 weeks ago. They were prompt, friendly and professional. We had thunderstorms last night - heavy downpours and all of our gutters drained perfectly after they left. I look forward to working with them long term.

My first appointment they were a no show so I called home advisor and complained. "Clean and Tidy" called and we gave them a second try. "Clean N Fresh" missed appointment maybe because of heavy rain, but showed up next day, Saturday at 6pm. But they did a good job and got the gutters very clean by hand.
