John Sullivan was very pleasant and did a great job. He took before and after pictures. Everything was cleaned up when he left. I would absolutely use him again.

John went above and beyond my expectations. He kept track of the weather and sent his workers to my house to clean the gutters during the few hours when it was warm enough to do that. They did a nice job and cleaned up the debris that they had taken out of the gutters. He charged a very reasonable rate (I did some comparison shopping.) I plan to keep his contact information and to get in touch with him next year when we will of course again need to have our gutters cleaned.

Our gutter was flooding, they worked us in much quicker than expected. They contacted us the day they were coming and arrived within minutes of the time they told us. The men were polite and careful on our property. They would be my first choice to call back for a larger roofing job.

Came in one day after I called. Cleaned the gutters quickly. Will use them again.

They knew the debris was frozen in the gutters (28F) but still tried to clean them and did so poorly. Lots of scraping and lots of residual debris remaining; even missed an entire gutter until I pointed it out to them. Left debris on the deck and did not bother to clean sweep afterward. Did not flush the gutters when done, which would have cleared at least the loose frozen debris and all of the scattered, scraped leaves. Even gave them a few days to react to my direct letter....and nothing.

The guys showed up on time and were very friendly. They also did a very good job. I will use them again.
