He gave me an estimate that was 50% less than another service provider - he quoted me $6200 compared to the other person's $12000. He was a terrific guy to deal with, and he came around afterwards to double-check and see if everything was going well. They came in and did the job in one day, and I couldn't even find any nails in the walls afterwards. They picked up the dumpster the day after the job and didn't leave it lying around for a week like some others would do. They were very thorough in the cleanup, and were friendly too. When I called their references, they were all complimentary.
