The original supplier went bankrupt while we were waiting. Even our door (customerized size) was ready, Al decided to go with another supplier out of warranty consideration. In the end, things worked out better than we had hoped for. Throughout the process, Al was very responsive and open. I would strongly recommend Al!

Stop reading reviews and just hire AEG (Al). All and his crew are REAL contractors who know what they are doing. They have years of experience and they do the job the right way. We are in the middle of doing multiple projects around our house and have been working with many contractors. All and his crew are top notch. If you are shopping for windows you will realize that prices vary significantly. This could be do to the window cost or the installation cost so its hard to compare apples to apples. However, the install cost to hire AEG is worth every cent! Don't bother talking to other contractors, hire AEG.

This is the 2nd time we have used Al and his amazing professional crew. They always show up on time, friendly, professional and make sure the job is done right. We ran into a board with water damage and it was removed/repaired without delaying the completion of project. I would completly and confidently recommend and/or use again.

Everything went well. Purchased the sliding doors w installation originally, but wanted the blinds so upgraded for a fair price. Contractor was on time and responsive to my questions. Would definitely recommend.

If you want to do business with a no nonsense organization, AEG is the way to go. From start to finish, Al and his crew were top notch - easy to deal with for the estimation and the end product looks great! The guys made quick work of things and did a good job of cleaning up. I wanted to get an estimate on 4 new replacement windows. He did call back timely and asked where I was located. I said Elsmere and he said he does not have a license to work in Elsmere. So he couldn't be bothered. How hard is to get a license and honestly it would have been reflected in the estimated cost anyway, I'm sure. I guess he doesn't need the work, I needed 4 now, but soon I will have needed 8 more and a french door installed.

My husband and I were very pleased with Al and his team. They arrived on time, and didn't waist a minute installing 8 windows. They cleaned up after themselves and got everything done in about 5 hours. We will definitely be using them as we continue to replace our additional windows over the years.

AEG Contractors are amazing!!! The estimate meeting made the decision easy to use AEG. The product is wonderful and at a great price. We were not "sold" or pushed into buying anything that we did not really need or want. Which really impressed me after having another company in and they were pushing a specific product and their prices were MUCH higher. They were prompt, professional and went the extra step to make sure we were happy with the work. The crew that showed up to do the work was extremely polite and took the time to do the job right. Everything was cleaned up when they were done leaving things like they were never there. We liked so much having them come back in near future to do patio/sunroom windows.

The owner, Al was a pleasure to deal with as were all of his crew. The quality of their windows, the guarantees, and the pricing were superior. Al was present at the installation, and it just flowed. I live in an old ( 1930) house and the list of things to do is never ending, this has been one of my easiest improvements. I would highly re commend AEG and I will be using them again in the near future to complete the replacement of windows in my home.

Al and his crew were very professional. They arrived on time. They were very neat and organized. They cleaned up all of the debris inside of the house and outside of the house. They had to install 31 windows. He said it would take them three days to install the windows and it took three days exactly. He took the old windows away. THE WINDOWS ARE AMAZING!!! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.....

From the time of the consultation through finish of the job, Al provided excellent service. Al and his crew were punctual and efficient, completing the install in less than a day. Their services are highly recommended.

Al was terrific. He went out of his way to make sure that our new windows were installed before the 4th of July holiday and he and his crew did a superb job. The windows look fantastic!

Al and his crew arrived promptly in the morning, worked efficiently and were finished by noon. They replaced 4 windows as part of a $1,499 Big Deal and I added a fifth window for and extra cost of $374. They also replaced the 82"X 26 " sliding window for an additional $1010. They capped and sealed the windows.Al was professional and easy to work with and I would recommend this company and would use them again. There is one problem with the windows--they come with only half a screen! I did not take note of this when Al showed me the product prior to the job. This means you cannot open both windows at the same time. I called Al about purchasing full screens but have yet to follow through on this. My only other suggestion to other customers is to ask the men to put a tarp down to collect the sharp bits of metal that they trim off--you and your pets would not want to step on these. Be sure to check on the screens before making your purchase also.

Al came out and assessed my window project. Provided an estimate, and after winning the job....ordered the windows & scheduled the project. Al & his crew removed old, original wood windows & installed vinyl replacement windows. Also removed awnings. Worked neatly & quickly. Finished product looks great! I recommend AEG & will certainly give Al an opportunity to handle my future projects.

Al and his team were excellent! Very professional and did the job right. I have lived in places with horrible windows (i.e., they wouldn't 'close unless my husband pushed up and I pulled down on the window). AEG has a lifetime warranty on installation, so I knew I could trust the work. Everything turned out great, and Al even offered to stop by to replace the screen that had a small hole in it. It's clear that he takes pride in his work and I would highly recommend him. Also a nice treat--he hung my son's growth chart which had been staring us in the face for months. What a nice little touch that goes such a long way!

started job on Tuesday morning and finished today, Thursday. This firm was great to work with. Extremely professional and courteous. Drop cloths were used everywhere they worked in my home. I am so pleased with the finished product! It's a time consuming task to take out and replace windows in a home, and the workmanship and care during this process makes me so happy I hired this firm. Al, the owner, was so great to work with. He has a group of guys who really care about the client as well. Most of my home is sided and I wanted windows that were new construction, not replacement. AEG put in new construction windows in my home. That meant they needed to remove the siding, remove the old windows, place in the new ones and put all the siding back!! That is a Big Job, yet that's what they do!! I would recommend this firm to anyone who is particular about having windows replaced in their home. So thrilled with my result!

Al was on time, courteous, and gave me several good recommendations during the original estimate. The door took about 2 weeks to come in & he installed the same day it came in. He was a veteran, which I appreciate & try to support, and he did a great job in just a few hours, the door was tight & he sealed around frame, so I should get years of use out of the door. He actually talked me out of adding a storm door, which I appreciated - he could have easily "padded" his bill and instead told me that it was unnecessary. Thanks Al!

Crew had to cut through brick to convert window to sliding patio door. The work was professionally done and the quality is excellent.

.Al came out to measure our windows and provided a quote on the spot. The quote detailed everything that would be done. He even brought a sample window with him. It was important to us that the new windows matched what we had. We signed on the dotted line. After a few weeks I called Al and he got back to me with an installation date. He and his crew showed up right on time and were very thorough. They even were thoughtful enough to ask if we had cats, which we do. They were great about closing outside doors after themselves. That is very important to us. I'd hate to lose one of our gang. The even replaced the blinds after they installed the windows. They did all 4 windows in less than one day.

Everything went well. The door works well and I am pleased with the new door's performance. The screen door took a while to adjust properly but the installer kept on til he got it right.
