Description of Work: We were looking for a home (that we still live in now), we called the gentleman who's name was on the For Sale sign (still a representative of Jack Lingo,Lewes, DE 19958). He was less than enthused, did not return back calls in a timely manner. This gentleman was not personable, ever smiled or acknowledged that we wanted to purchase this home but felt price was high. He made us feel that it was an effort on his part to keep contacting the owner with our new bid. We finally purchased the home but due to this sales agent's lacidasial attitude would not use this Real Estate office again. I, also have never referred them to my relatives, friends or acquaintances.
