We just purchased our home and the work was covered by the home warranty. Our heater went out and the warranty company assigned us to this company. I called the phone number on Saturday morning and did not get a call back until the next day. When the technician arrived he had less personality than a rock. I attempted to address several questions and concerns I had with him to which he replied with one word answers. I specifically asked him about the condition of the motor which was dirty. When the technician was finished he told me he cleaned off the motor only for me to see it in the same condition once he left. If you don't have an emergency number then you should at least return phone calls in a timely manner.
