Great vendor that is very professional and competent. He is very friendly, knows his business and offers reasonable prices. He is my go-to guy for my plumbing requirements. I would recommend his business very highly.

Patrick (the owner) and Shane replaced an outside faucet. They arrived promptly and went right to work. They were extremely neat, considering the muddy area, taking their protective booties on and off as they moved in and out of the house. Job was done in an hour, upfront pricing was agreeable with no surprises. Definitely a favorite.

Very customer focused and performed more than just the drain cleaning that was inquired about. They did additional work (replacing line in crawl space) after suggesting (not pressuring) that a bow in the drain line was the root of the clogged line problem.

They came when they said they would come . . . Both for the estimate and for the work.

New company as of this year. Phone contact was fast. Everything is through digital format. Very up to date. The work was clean and fast. I only had to replace a saddle clamp I installed for my ice maker 8 years ago. He repair the punctured pipe and installed a 1/4 turn shut off valve into a bigger pipe. They wear booties if you are concerned about dirt.

Patrick was just fantastic. He return my inquiry in just minutes. Came out to replace my hot water heater the next day at the time that worked for me. His craftsmanship was outstanding. The wax ring on a toilet failed causing a leak in the ceiling below it. Having had a previous good experience with this company, I called them. They immediately volunteered to have someone out that evening. The situation had been stabilized however and we made an appointment. The matter was resolved promptly and efficiently.

Repairs were completed successfully. I appreciated the being kept informed as the repairs were ongoing.

Done Right Today, Inc was very timely in their installation of my new electric hot water heater. They replaced an old oil fired hot water heater and successfully addressed all my concerns with the conversion from the old oil-fired hot water heater to the new electric water heater.
