Friendly staff. Explained the issue gave me the option not to repair because it was a minor issue. I opted to replace the part. There was no pressure from Patrick. It was fast and affordable!!!!

Excellent customer service and extremely professional. Only complaint is a $435.00 charge to replace a $120.00 garbage disposal. The removal of old disposal and installation of new disposal took one hour. Three year warranty for the new disposal so I presume that could increase the cost of the part up to $160.00 or so, leaving an estimated labor charge of $275.00 for one hour. I would have given five stars if total was between $300 and $350. That was the general estimate when I googled the plumbing cost to replace a similar unit with labor cost. I would recommend but just be prepared to pay a little extra.

We called several plumbing companies in an area, and they could not solve our problem. These guys (Patrick and Nick) from Done Right Today were professional, efficient and repaired and solved our problem in no time. They did what Horizon and Ben Franklin could not do. I received multiple quotes for my outdoor faucet and shut off valve project and Done Right Today was extremely competitive with price but the customer service was exceptional. I will be using this company again.

The service men were prompt and cordial. Their work was good but overpriced. They also could not figure out a water pressure problem that in the end was an easy fix. When I requested more information about a recommendation they had, no one responded.

I am very picky and at times a pain in the butt when it comes to having to spend money on anything. I want to understand clearly what is being done and what the steps will be. I will share my input and explain why I am looking for the particulars. I am self employed and hold a high standard where service is concerned. They were prompt and called prior to arriving giving us an ETA. Presented very well dressed for the profession and had booties to cover their shoes before entering home. They were courteous and thoroughly explained what was needed and what options we had. Very pleased and will look forward to dealing with them again.

I contacted Done Right Today after 11pm. They had a rep respond within a half hour. I had an appt set up for 8 am and Patrick and Nick were on time. They were neat , well spoken and professional. We discussed the problem and solutions. We agreed on the work to be done and the price. The work was done quickly and efficiently, no fooling around or wasted motion. The mess associated with replacing a hot water heater was negligible. The price was worth the service and products I needed. These guys will definitely be my choice for any other plumbing needs I have.

Excellent experience with Done Right Today! Was considering several different types and size water heaters, they took the time to discuss pros/cons and price out each of the options. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and meticulous with the installation! Have used a variety of plumbers over the years, Done Right Today will be who I call moving forward!

Fulfilled the fantasy of the well-educated, skilled and considerate contractor. The work was done well, as quick as I needed it but with exceptional care. Pricing was fair and below anyone else for ten times the quality. This is MY plumber for the remainder of either his or my existence.

Patrick, Ryan and Nick are A-1 in my book! They were slightly higher in price than another contractor I had estimate the job but they were prompt and Pat knows his stuff. They did have to return for something that some may have thought was minor but they came back right away and took care of it. I am planning on using them for several more jobs and they are even accommodating me on that since normally they donâ t even service the area I moved to. Thanks Done Right Today for being reasonably priced, extremely professional and still believe in the customer is always right!! You have a customer for life, even if you donâ t want it!
