Leaking pipes repaired and two sinks replaced in timely, professional manner

Know little to nothing about water heaters the two gentleman that came to my home were very informative and took the time to explain the process to me and answer all my questions. They were clear about their pricing and were %100 honest. The work was done fast and didn't interrupt my day one bit. I actually felt comfortable enough to mow my lawn while the fellas worked! The work was done quickly and the finished product looked better than it did before. My water heater worked without fail. Its a difficult thing to find contractors who are trustworthy and honest and I know that I have found one with Done Right Today. They are absolutely my first call for all things plumbing relate. Specifically I had Ryan and Kevin as my technicians and couldn't have asked for a better crew.

The two technicians that came to my home were polite, professional, and thorough. They were able to install the tub that I purchased to control hair buildup in the drinks. Unfortunately during the job, something was dropped on the edge of the tub and the tub ended up getting chipped. I have been assured that they will come back and repair the damage free of charge and I am currently on the waitlist for that repair. Other than that I would not hesitate to hire them again. Review update: As promised, Ryan did send a subcontractor to repair the paint chip on my tub. Unfortunately, the technician had a poor attitude and did a lousy job. So, I will have to find another vendor to refinish the paint on my brand new tub.

Projects on three different occasions within a month were rebuilding two toilets, replacing one toilet, replacing two water shut-off valves, and an unexpected water heater replacement. All were done efficiently and courteously. I will recommend Done Right Today to my friends and neighbors.

Quick to schedule. Provided quote and recommendation. Came back in scheduled time following my purchase of faucet. Work was completed timely and to my satisfaction. Cost for faucet installation seemed high, but water reduction valve portion seemed reasonable. Probably should have negotiated a better rate since it was two jobs.

Great Job very professional

Our well pump wasn't working right. I called late Thur. afternoon and Jerry was here on Friday. While he was here, the pump quit. He worked most of the weekend (it was really hard to get out) to get it replaced and was friendly and professional the entire time. I highly recommend Done Right Today and will call them for any plumbing need in the future.

Their service was timely, courteous and professional. They did an excellent job and clean up their workspace and replace what theyâ ve moved. In light of the current pandemic, they take every precaution. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use their services in the future.

I called “Done Right Today” because of a leak under my kitchen sink. They made it to my location in less than 30 minutes which was important to me since there was an active leak. The guys arrived professional, pleasant and ready to work. The technicians assessed the problem and quickly came to a conclusion. After agreeing on the reasonable price, the guys got to work. My leak was fixed and I was educated on preventive measures for the future. I have never done business with this company prior to this and I have to say it was a pleasure. I hired Done Right Today to fix my leaking bathroom faucets and I was very pleased with all the steps of the process. My call was answered right away, they scheduled appointment basically next day, and Jerry the Tech was amazing! Not only he fixed both my bathrooms plus a toilet, but he also followed up the next day on my main valve leak and fixed that too! It was an outstanding job in every way. I would recommend this company anytime and will be using their services again for sure!

Had a plumbing issue and these guys reacted quickly and professionally. And this was on a holiday weekend! Repair options were clearly communicated and they took care of everything. Highly recommended and I will be keeping their number on file in case I have another plumbing job in the future!

Justin was great. He quoted a price before starting, He was polite, direct, and understood what needed to be done quickly. After he resolved the problem he spent time explaining what was done and what caused the problem. I had full trust and confidence in what he was saying and what was done. I recently moved to this area and now have a "go to" business for my plumbing needs. Thank you guys!

The technician Jerry was great. Very professional and personable. He knew just what to do and fixed my issue quickly and even improved my setup to avoid issues in the future. A little on the pricey side, but I have no complaints at all. I will use them again for sure.
