When I reached out to HomeAdvisor, via the internet, I received a call back immediately from Kelly. She was very professional and also kind and understanding of my situation. I called back the next day because my sump pump had been running non stop for 4 days. I didnâ t hear any water going out so I knew I need help right away or my basement would be flooded. When I called back I spoke with Ryan and he also spoke very kindly and ensured he can make it out to my home today. I received a call from Kelly and she said Ryan is on his way. He also arrived ahead of schedule. He assessed the situation and said it can be fixed within an hour. He and his co worker Adam( who is also very nice and professional) fixed my issue in less than an hour, they showed me what they had done, and it looked better than it did prior to the guys working on it, he also asked if I had any questions. Their professionalism is out of this world. I highly recommend â Done Right Todayâ for all your plumbing needs.

I'd like to thank Jerry for an awesome job. He gave me two estimates before proceeding with the job and saved me money. I can return the parts i bought at Lowes. I'm just so impressed the quality and service I received today.

Patrick and Adam came to my house to fix a leaking tankless electric water heater. They could not fix. I wasn't happy with the performance so Patrick recommended a gas vented water heater. Also installed a utility tub in my laundry room. I didn't even call done rite till maybe 11:00am. They came did all work and where out of here by 5:15. How is that for same day service. Jason came to assist. Cleaned up nice crew. I would highly recommend them.

Came the next day.

Done Right came out when they said they would and completed the job of replacing a spigot with a frost free spigot and replaced my shut off valve. They cleaned up after themselves and were reasonably priced. Thanks!

Just like the name says. Done right the day I called.

Wasn't pleased with amount spent for services but needed to get toilet repaired. Spoke with both Patrick and Ryan who refunded part of the cost. Totally understand the pride the company takes in providing excellent customer service.

What I sent is integrity beyond measure respect I need it other work done around the house Plumbing wise I was ready to bring them in but then I remembered I had those funds earmarked for another important matter and that important matter won. But they are the group that I will call from now on they even made it to my phone so that I can quickly call them if I need Plumbing work a can.

I developed a water leak into the closet and into the bedroom. The team of Ryan and Jason were amazing in solving the problem. The challenge was to find the leak as the pipes were enclosed by drywall. They had to cut the drywall to find the leak and then fix it. It was a professional job and I am very grateful for a job well done. I will hire them in the future as they are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Yup, they do wear booties and were sensitive to my wearing a mask during this pandemic. Thanks Guys.

I was not too happy about the charges but once I let the owner Patrick be aware of my unhappiness, he discussed in detail about the charges and gave me a refund of almost 50% of the charges.A family owned company and they work with their customers.I

Great customer service, explained the process and answered any questions I had. Pricing was competitive and included things that would normally be considered "additional". I would have no problem hiring them again and highly recommend them.

My technicians Ryan Aitken and Jason were very professional and friendly along with Kelly who set up the appointment. They are the only reason why I willing to pay the price.

i needed a new water line since I had a leak and it was determined that it was my responsibility as a homeowner. Once I got over the shock of having to do this repair, I wanted someone fast with fair prices. Done right today immediately returned my telephone call and scheduled an appointment the very same day wow!! I was so impressed with that. The technician took the time to explain everything immediately sending me a proposal via email. They showed up on time and began the work. My house was not disturbed which was a hugh concern. The level of service is extremely high. If you are looking for a company that is reliable, does great work at a fair price, choose these folks. You will not be disappointed. I highly recommend them.
