Problem: Fractured drain pipe inside basement foundation wall. Outstanding work by all involved. Marybeth was very courteous on the phone. Ryan arrived on time, assessed the requirement and quoted an estimate of cost. Done Right's price was similar to the other two bids. All were about $1K higher than expected; but probably reasonable in light of the +4 hours of hard labor involved. The following week. Colin and Jamiel arrived on time, assessed the situation, and quickly went to work. They manually excavated +3 feet of dirt and clay between the vent pipe and outside wall, and removed the fractured section of drain pipe. They discovered the main drain line had settled deeper into the ground, which probably caused the pipe to split inside the basement. They expanded the original opening in the foundation wall to align and connect the old and new pieces, applied hydralic cement to fill the gaps, refilled the hole, and cleaned up the entire work areas, including the front entry way. Jamiel and Ryan did an outstanding and professional job, working expertly together as a team. Unfortunately when it rained heavily three days later, there was water seeping through the concrete patch. Two days later, Done Right sent Ryan and Adam to correct the issue. They chished out the cement and completely resealed the entire area. Fortunately, when it rained again, the new cement patch worked fine with no leaks. Adam and Ryan did an outstanding jod. Done Right honored its three year warranty for parts and labor. We will call Done Right again for our future plumbing needs and recommend to neighbors for their quality workmanship, commitment to excellence, courtesy, and professionalism.

Initialliy, Done Right Today came out to quote a sink faucet job we needed done and we were quoted a price that was rather high. We decided not to go with them for the service, and I left them a 3 star review because of the cost and lack of explanation. I received a call and spoke personally with Ryan after he found out about my dissatisfaction due to the price and wanted to make it right for us. He explained why it was the initial cost and apologized that there was no explanation. He went ahead and offered the job for a much more affordable price. I went ahead and hired them back. they not only completed the job for us, but also did it for an even lower price then the adjustment they already made to the first quote. I really appreciate the efforts by this company and we do have another job for our full bath we plan on hiring them again for.

I entered my information at night on Angi App and was contacted the next morning while other companies are sending emails to contact them. Collin was extremely knowledgeable professional and courteous. I needed help with the new toilet installation and Collin was able to check that to not only fix the situation but was able to solve a problem with the internal pump. Collin went the extra mile to install my new shower head and then cleaned up as he left. I have worked with other plumbers and they usually come in and make a big mess. Not the case with Done Right and Collin. Highly recommended and great pricing and arrived on time.

Steve was able to determine there was no leaks in the pipes. However the sump pump wasn't working as it should and he replaced the old pump which was a huge relief as compared to a recommendation by another company to tear down the whole bathroom to replace all the pipes. Done right did it right. Thanks Steve.
