+ -1 moreRichard is simply the best HVAC guy I've ever seen. This time, as with all the other times I've used him (on my home, beach house and a couple investment properties), he was thorough, incredibly knowledgeable and completely solved the problem. He always takes the time to do the job exactly the way it should be, but charges incredibly reasonable rates. I'll never use anyone else.
Description of Work: Replaced a blown capacitor on my heat pump. While there he noticed and fixed flawed wiring and structural safety issues.

+ -1 moreAC was leaking water all over my wood floors. Richard came as quickly as he could (within a few hours), diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He continued to go thoroughly through testing the system inside and outside while he waited for something he had to do inside instead of just sitting around waiting for it. He also advised me on what to do for maintenance. His prices are very reasonable, so I will just pay to have him do a yearly service so avoid ruining my floors again.
