They charged me 1 full hour of labor. when I complained [ was it George ] slammed his books down, saying " That IS the price, and we're not gonna argue about it " he also made some remark about " seeing me on the outside " This was the 2nd time a contractor in DE made some threat when on overcharge was brought up. There have been 2 more since. I'm sick of this crap.. an am talking to lawyers . Plummer also threw in a 10% surcharge for paying by credit card, so I walked a mile to the bank to give the b****** cash. I would NEVER hire these guys again.
Description of Work: I asked their welder to cut a bolt off of a ' frozen ' alternator. They tried several ideas, a total time of ~ 20 mins. 1/3 of an hour. Most of the time THEY spent talking to one another about another problem in the shop. Their 2nd try DID work, and I thought a $30 charge to remove one bolt would have covered it. They wanted 90
