+ -1 moreTRI-TECH SERVICES WAS VERY COOPERATIVE, UNDERSTANDING, PROFESSIONAL, AND WILLING TO REPRESENT US AND FIGHT FOR US TO GET GREAT SERVICE FROM THE WARRANTY COMPANY.
Description of Work: COMPLETE INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL HEATING AND CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING AND REPLACEMENT AND INSTALLATION. THE COMPANY WAS REFERRED OR CONTRACTED TO US THROUGH AHS (AMERICAN HOME SHIELD, A HOME WARRANTY COMPANY, THAT WAS INCLUDED IN PURCHASING THE HOUSE). THE PROCESS TOOK ABOUT 1 1/2 MONTHS TO COMPLETE DUE TO HAVING TO GET THE APPROVAL TO REPLACE THE ENTIRE SYSTEM THROUGH AHS. WE ONLY HAD TO PAY $305.00 TO COVER A SERVICE CALL FEE, A RESTORATION OF REFRIGERATION, AND METAL WORK THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE ON THE INSIDE UNIT.
