 + -1 moreWe drove over, and after some difficulty found the apartment. The representative opened the apartment. The unit was nice enough, although parking would have been difficult. The price of the apartment was more than I cared to spend so I didn't take it. The service representative then asked to be my realtor when I mentioned I was out scouting around for a house as well. Based on the fact that service standards were sort of low, I declined.
Description of Work: I requested apartment finding services so I input my contact information into their website. After about a week, someone called and asked whether I wanted to live in DC (no and I had clearly mentioned I was looking only in Virginia).

 + -1 moreWe were looking for an apartment in Washington DC. Hoping to set up an appointment for the weekend, we called the Tuesday beforehand, but were told no agents were not really available on the weekend - could we come in on Monday. Got the impression that if we insisted on the weekend they would have accomodated us, but we rearranging work and travel schedules for MOnday. The agent was prompt and courteous enough -- but the apartments they showed us -- all 5 of them were horrible. Old, dirty, not updated since 1950's, and overpriced. Cannot recommend using this agent simply because of the properties they represent.
