They never returned my call

Very pleasant, informative, competent. Price was reasonable. Took a few tries to arrange a visit.

Great, professional, easy going. They know what they are doing. Quote price. Got a lower price on work performed.

I called Saini based on the recommendations on this site. The company that I have used in the past was unable to fit me in for over a week because they were performing safety inspections for customers. My usual company was unwilling to make my request a priority (I had no air conditioning at all). I called Saini and they were able to fit me in the same day I called in between appointments. It was a simple part that needed replacing. They replaced the part and indicated that it would solve the problem. If it didn't they said that they could install an add-on, however, it wouldn't be necessary this time. That says something about the quality of their work, not trying to sell you things you don't need now. Great service. I've thrown away the number of my old company and will use Saini from now on.

I contacted Saini after reading the positive reviews on this site. It took several calls before I could get someone to return my call. I finally received a return call and scheduled an appointment for the next week, only to realize that after taking a half day off from work and waiting for someone to show up, my appointment window came and went. After calling back to confirm my appointment, I was told that the person that scheduled my appointment was "on vacation," so apparently it was never scheduled. Although Mr. Saini was nice enough to say that he could try a service call later that evening, we decided it would be easier for both of us to reschedule for the next day - which was then promptly canceled by Mr. Saini that afternoon. Needless to say we will be contacting a more reliable service provider.

The guys were prompt, professional and engaging. They were very responsive and direct. I could tell they cared about their work and were honest and upfront about all of it. I was a little concerned by the rate charged, but this was a small job that took up their time, so I can see the justification.

The technicians arrived on time and were courteous and helpful. They performed routine maintenance on my air conditioning system to my complete satisfaction. They even helped to clean up the mess!

Never got a call back.

I called Saini to fix my furnace during the February ice storms in DC. Despite being extremely busy with service calls, they worked their schedule so I missed as little work time as possible for their visit. Same for the return visit since the repair part had to be ordered. I can't say enough positive things about these guys. They were knowledgeable, friendly, up front about possible options, and worked with my schedule to get my heat working again! I Highly recommend!

Did a great job and charged half of what another heating company estimated. Very nice, reliable, and professional.

Saini Air conditioning is great. Very professional and when solving complicated problems, if their first attempt to fix something fails, they absorbed the cost of making the second attempt, even though it required another trip. I wish I could have such great customer service with all my contractors. They are now the first people I call and every time they've been great.

If I need any type of AC or Heating work in the future I will call Saini again. Our furnace went out last night and I called another company's emergency number which was supposed to call me this morning but never did. I called Saini and was told their technician would call me in 15 to 20 minutes to let me know if he could come out today. He called within that time and let me know that he could stop by between 3:30 and 4:00 and could call me when he was on his way. He called at 3:25 and said he would be here in 15 minutes and he showed up exactly on time. He replaced the igniter right away, cleaned out the furnace and replaced the filter. He didn't try to sell me a service agreement or anything else. The price was very reasonable.

Our heating system boiler went out on a Saturday morning. I searched for a repair person on Angie's List. This contractor was actually rated the highest, so I called them. I left a message with the answering service. I received no call back. I called again Saturday afternoon. I received no call back. I called again on Sunday. No call back. I called Monday morning. Two hours later, I got a call back. Sinai would not be able to get to me until Wednesday. This guy may be really good, which is why he's so busy, but his customer service is the pits. And if an HVAC company cannot help you out when you have no heat, can you really consider them good?

Great! They came on short notice, were very pleasant and helpful; showed me things I didn't know about my boiler and water heater, carefully checked CO2 levels and gave me excellent advice without any unpleasant sales pitches.

This family-owned company was TERRIFIC! I'd had another AC company tell me there was a major problem but kept ordering the wrong part and not showing up, these guys came within two hours, checked everything out and determined my AC just hadn't been run. There was nothing wrong with it. They changed the filter, did some maintenance but could have charged me lots and I wouldn't have known. They were friendly, good at their work, and efficient.

They were able to come on short notice (one day) in advance of a cold snap, and were very friendly, prompt, and thorough. They even vacuumed out the inside of the boiler because it was pretty dirty. They don't work on the plumbing part of a radiator system but for anything to do with gas or A/C repairs I will definitely call them again.

Despite being late due to a company emergency, after I placed a call to Saini to find out if and when they were coming they came immediately - within about 15 minutes which was great. Mr. Saini had been called away so his two sons came to do the job. They were incredibly thorough and friendly. I did not feel as if I was being taken advantage of in any way - they checked my filters and recommended I check them again soon but didn't try to sell me new ones. They only suggested that I call them (or someone else) to check the replaced wire and my system after winter is over and I'm ready to turn on the AC again. They only charged me for the service call ($75) and for the wire replacement ($30) and they probably could have tried to swindle me for more but they are very honest and seem to enjoy what they do. They were fantastic and I will definitly call Saini in the spring!

He's little hard to get a hold of, but he does good work. You just have to keep trying.

THIS COMPANY DID A FANTASTIC JOB, THEY TOOK THEIR TIME TO FIND OUT JUST WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS, THEY GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE AND A DISCOUNT, THEY DID A PROFESSIONAL JOB, I DON'T HAVE ANY COMPLAINTS.

CALLED SEVERAL CONTRACTORS. SAINI WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT RETURNED MY CALL. THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND QUICKLY DIAGNOSED AND REPAIRED THE PROBLEM. HE ALSO ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS ABOUT MAINTAINING THE FURNACE.
