We ended up in competition for our house and would not have gotten it without Joe Zorc's veteran negotiating advice and strong advocacy. During our house search, both Joe Zorc and Joe O'Neill were diligent, attentive, and conscientious. They were enthusiastic in answering as many questions as we had, and they have deep knowledge of construction which was invaluable. Both are highly recommended.
Description of Work: Joe Zorc and Joe O'Neill were our real estate agents when house hunting in late 2010 and early 2011. They were always available to head out and look at houses, and they handled all the paperwork involved in the transaction when we eventually bought. They also gave us informal advice regarding renovations, which was very valuable because of their experience as builders. The price is listed as zero in this review because the seller paid their commission, which was the standard 3% of the selling price.
