District Of Columbia Bosch Repair

Big mistake using these guys - I first paid for the estimate and the repairman left without giving me a copy of the estimate which I also had to. When I later confronted the repairman about this, he said it was because I would have to sign also after the work was done. To me, no excuse. The repairman promised that he would call to confirm that I would be first call the next business day - he never did. I had to call their dispatcher to find out that my repairman was not going to show up the next business day. When the repairman why did never call me to confirm, he again gave me an excuse and said that he was "about" to call me. When the repairman was at my house, he and his helper had to go out and buy a fuse for my dryer along with the part they had supposedly order. To me, another bad move. was leaving I told him that his company should not advertise as bosch repair. The repairman said "that was the company." I do not like writing reviews but folks should STAY AWAY
