And he has lots of resources and uses them well to give his clients the attention they need. Brandon Green is very professional. He knows the area very well and took me around to see homes. He is willing to listen and offered staging advice for the sale. He helped point out features for comparison that are harder to notice than what you see when you first walk in, like layout and mechanical features. He has standard commission rates.

I cannot say enough good things about Troy Patterson at Brandon Green and Associates. As a lawyer, I thought I could handle the home-buying process myself, especially since every realtor I have ever met has been nothing short of an idiot. However, not only is Troy one of the most intelligent PEOPLE I have ever met (let alone REALTORS!) he is also extremely nice, he works very hard (too hard), he is almost always available for his clients, and he will do whatever it takes to make you feel like you are being listened to, like your questions are being answered, like your concerns are being addressed, and that you are truly being treated like a customer, even if you are the buyer and therefore not paying him anything. I dont know that I will ever be able to buy or sell property again with any other realtor because I will forever be comparing them to Troy, and there is just no way any will ever match his knowledge of the process, his willingness to work for you at every step, or his desire to satisfy his clients.
