Description of Work: We had a concrete porch installed. When we purchased our house this summer, it included a roof overhang on the front with bushes under it. After the bushes were pulled out, Rodolf and his crew built a concrete porch matched to the existing entry stoop (which they resurfaced to look new). The crew also did outstanding carpentry work to shorten the support posts and wrap them with wood to create beautiful columns. |A subcontractor fabricated and installed steel railings around the porch. He also replaced the old railings on the steps, to give a modern look and improve safety. |Overall, the work went quickly, with attention to details and high quality.

Description of Work: They scheduled an appt. and never showed up costing me a day of pay waiting for them! They never called to reschedule/apologize either. It like their time is more important than mine! Because both of the masonry contractors from Angie's list either didn't show up for our scheduled appt. or in the case of the other contractor - didn't even return my calls! If this is the unrealiable contractors that Angie's list promotes, then this company is nothing but a racket and I requested my subscription back! A big waste of time and money!

Description of Work: Had trouble contacting them originally. I finally got them out and they gave me an estimate. We set up an appointment to do the work but they had to cancel. I am done messing with the company. please refund.

Description of Work: I contacted the BONN Group to remodel my backyard. When I contacted them the person who answered the phone was curteous and eager to help. The owner of the busines came out personally to do the initial estimate. He also brought with him the foreman so that he could be able to understand what was to be done. When he arrived he was very cordial and made me feel right a home. When we walked around the yard and discussed what was to be done, he pointed out some extra things that would be done to make the finished work help to avoid things that could become extra work in the future. It was as if he was reading my mind. | |On the day that the work was to start, the owner again came along with the foreman and work crew. We again discussed what was to be done and did not leave until he was sure that I understood everything that was going to happen. The work crew began immediately and the work was done the way that the owner and foreman said that it would be. After each phase of the work was done the foreman alerted me that the phase was completed and showed me what was done. When the job was completed, the owner and the foreman walked around the entire yard asking if there were any questions and if I was satisfied with the results. I mentioned that I selected him through Angies List and he acknowledged any discounts would be included in the final bill. When it came time to pay the final bill, nothing was added and the bill included the discounts. I was truly impressed with the work that was done and the professionalism of the employees. I will definetly use this company again.

Description of Work: I called this company to schedule a time to meet and get a quote for the work. My main priority is fencing work, but I also wanted some landscaping and hardscaping ideas for the rest of the yard. I called the number listed in their information, and someone picked-up the phone right away. I explained what I needed and then the man on the phone began asking me for my information, the problem was that I could not understand him whatsoever. I'm usually good at deciphering accents, but I honestly couldn't make-out his questions. All I wanted to know was when they had availability for a quote, and he could not pin down a time, but rather offered an estimate via phone based on my yards dimensions. The work would have probably been fine, but the communication barrier made me stop in my tracks as I felt that this could be indicative of the project itself.

Description of Work: Rudolfo and his team fixed the copper tops on the fenceposts around the pool that were all falling off and improperly installed by the original fencing company. They also replaced a broken latch on one of the gates to the pool. The job was done promptly and expertly.
