 + -1 moreI called at 4:00. He left his house St 7:30, was over by 8:00 and stayed till 9:30 trying to fix my air conditioning. He said the compressor was shot, Which I believe to be true and offered a price to replace it. He stupid on my roof in the rain for sixty minutes trying to fix it.

 + -1 moreThe serviceman came out which was $79.00 for the call. Somehow I thought the service charge was refunded if the company actually did the repairs. However, that was not the case. The estimate was $315.00 for two parts and labor. It came down to needing only one small part. The cost for the service charge, labor and parts $248.00.
Description of Work: Defrost time was bad which caused the refrigeration to shut down.
