They came out the day I contacted them to give me an estimate. It was the best price of them all. When I called to tell them I chose them, they came out the same day! They had a crew of 3 men, very professional, took down the tree, cleaned up the mess and were done so fast it was amazing! The stump grinder wouldn't start, but they came back a week later and ground the stump filled in the hole and cleaned up after themselves once again. I would call O&O again for tree services.
