He lied, was a drug addict. He didn't pay his contractors, which I had to pay for him. We lost everything with this house. Our lot went into foreclosure because our attorney missed things on the title of the lot. It's a good thing we had title insurance. In order to get the certificate of occupancy, we needed to hook up the city water and sewer. The man that put the road in, wouldn't allow us to, because the builder still owed him money. So he wouldn't allow any hook up until he was paid. We had to sue the town to exercise the bond, to pay the guy that built the road, which took two years.
Description of Work: He was supposed to be building a house on a lot he sold us. Which was supposed to be a 2800 sq.foot ranch.
