Vincent was extremely responsive and unlike a competitor went on my roof to see what had to be done and said I didn't need a new roof but just a silicon layer on top of the existing roof which was still in good condition. Consequently, the cost was One fifth of the price of what I would have paid if I had gotten a new roof which the previous competitor said I needed without him going on my roof when he first came .

Very responsive to my initial inquiry. Advised of the schedule and kept to it. Very professional, yet personable. Showed me before and after photos. If I need other roofing jobs, I would definitely hire Vincent and his staff again.
