Luis and his crew are true craftsmen, and exceeded all expectations on the roof installation. They removed the old roof and disposed of the debris without damaging the exterior of the house. They were very meticulous about picking up nails and scraps of old shingles The installation was thorough and done with extreme attention to detail. They also replaced our skylights, and did a beautiful job on the inside to trim and caulk the molding, making it look just perfect. Luis walked me through every step of the process, from the initial consultation to the final wrap up and payment. All estimates were on target and there were no surprises in the pricing. They are true professionals who take pride in their work and deliver a quality product at a fair price.

We received a detailed, easy to understand cost-estimate that was very close to the final cost of the project. The project included a new roof and localization and correction of leaks around a dormer, which included removal and replacement of siding, flashing, and insulation. Luis was very professional and responsive and the crew was conscientious about clean-up. After several weeks and multiple heavy rain storms, we can say with confidence that our roof is tight. We can highly recommend this company.

The repair failed unfortunately and after a fee of $500 a bit disappointed. He did not guarantee that the caulking around the dormer would actually work and stop the leak and in my desperate need to solve the leak in my dinning room quickly, I chose to proceed forward. I assume that if I had chosen to replace the entire roof, the results might be different.

Luis and the crew replaced our roof in one day, cleaned up and left our yard in better shape than before. This company is great and we'd definitely use them again. Luis answered all of our questions initially and throughout the job. He educated us on the various types of shingles. The crew was really hardworking and professional. The whole experience was seamless from estimating to finish.

We hired them to replace the roof and gutters on our house and garage. Not only were they always on time, courteous, professional and neat, the owner was always available via text or phone. I did contact (3) separate contractors for a quote on the job and they were by far the best price for the quality materials that were used. I recommend calling them first, do your homework and you will definitely end up hiring them.

I hired them to replace the siding and roof. They are very professional. Underneath the siding, they found the rotted plywood and severe damages. They replaced all the damaged areas and focused on all the details to prevent the future leaking. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a contractor to replace or install the roof and siding.

Louie is great. Told me between 9 & 10 and showed up 9:30. Sealed where the leak was and surrounding area. Hopefully in spring will be putting on new shingles for me.

Also, flexible with handling additional paperwork through insurance company and unexpected delays on company distributing payments on timely manner. We have a complicated roof - hips, valleys, steep pitches, dormers, flat sections - you name it, our roof has it. Many contractors refused to provide a bid. I managed to get three bids and Best Way was smack in the middle. Luis and his team worked thru a brutally hot week and did an outstanding job. Plus his crew was so polite and professional - no one smoked on our property, I never heard a single cuss word, even when they were trying to protect our elaborate garden, and they cleaned up after the job well. Nathan, the crew leader, answered all my questions and quickly addressed any concerns. I was impressed by their work ethic AND quality. I highly recommend them.
