Their workmanship is second to none. Everything that was promised in the beginning sales pitch was delivered by the work crew The guys were all skilled, polite and hard-working. I would recommend them to friends and will have them back if I have a need for anything they do. I am a very satisfied customer!

The owners, Nathan and Luis, worked with us to help us get reimbursed from our insurance company for the wind damage to our roof. They are well versed in the CT State laws and fought with the insurance company to get us the maximum payout. They did a great working on our complex roof with multiple dormers, peaks and valleys. The clean up was impeccable. They explained the process thoroughly and checked up frequently with the workers to make sure the job was being done to their high standards. I dealt with Luis from Best Way. He arrived for our appointment on time. He spent a good deal of time on the roof. After he showed me all the roof damage that had been caused over the years. We agreed on a price and set a date. The Best Way crew arrived early and went to work. Two work days later the work was done and the cleanup complete.
