The folks at Best Way were prompt to call and come out for an estimate and didn t try to oversell. They estimated for flashing on our chimney that was leaking and the price they gave was good. The team came on time and even went above and beyond by cleaning some moss off my chimney. The flashing work is very neat and professional and they cleaned up well after. Would recommend and use them for future projects.

We had two shed roofs replaced. Workers were polite and efficient. They were careful about cleanup, including removal of tree branches that had to be cut to access shed roof. They also replaced water-damaged plywood under shingles. I would highly recommend them.

Did good job, need to watch,charged for 3 pieces of plywood and only used 2, did not install vents in attic per contract,was not advised of this until I questioned him about it,was told ridge vent was installed instead,need to get up there and see if it was actually installed,also threw large quantity of new shingles in trash container,

Luis came out the day after I called, found the source of the leak in my roof (faulty chimney caulking) and fixed it while he was there, all for a fair price. The office staff were helpful and worked around my schedule. I will be calling Best Way again for gutter work in the spring.

Luis did a great job of walking me through the entire process. He basically told me what was going to happen every step of the way and inserted himself in the process when he was needed. He was happy to speak with my Insurance Company when needed and made extra sure that the job was done in a professional and timely manner. After a tree fell on our house, damaging the roof and structure, I contacted 3 roofing contractors. Best Way, a family run company, was the only one who returned all my calls and showed up on time for appointments. They worked from early morning until dusk never leaving the site. They did what they promised, including all dealings with the insurance company, repairing the structural damage, and replacing the entire roof in 3 days!! In January!!! They also did an excellent clean-up and took care to protect plants, shrubs, ornaments etc.

Best Way Siding and Roofing LLC came to our rescue when a branch fell on my parent's house the night before their closing. I contacted them through Home Advisor at 5:00 in the afternoon and they called immediately. The next morning they came to the house to inspect the damage and give us an estimate. We were able to close on the house leaving money in escrow to ensure the repair for the new owner. The issue was complicated as I live an hour away and was not able to be there when they came. I can't speak highly enough in how responsive they were both immediately and then in the next few weeks, waiting for the weather to cooperate. We communicated through texts and emails; they sent pictures of each step along the way so that I could keep up with the repair. Thank you so much Best Way Siding and Roofing for making something that could have been a nightmare, an easy solution to our problem.

Best Way Siding and Roofing was the first to contact me when I signed up on HomeAdvisor and the first to give me an estimate. Luis was knowledgeable and competent. He arrived with the most impressive presentation (handouts) of all the contractors who came to give us estimates. The first thing I liked about Luis was that had a copy of his certificate of liability insurance and registration with the Dept of Consumer Protection (which I confirmed as I had worked with a construction management company before), This gave Luis a very good first impression. Luis was knowledgeable and answered our questions and addressed our concerns. He was not pushy. We told him upfront that we were getting multiple quotes, and he was the first. After seeing other roofing contractors we went with Best Way Siding and Roofing. I did not like the big companies, the franchises; not my style. I like the small family company, so we went with him, and we are glad we did. Best Way Siding and Roofing removed our old roofing shingles and replaced multiple pieces of rotted plywood before installing a well-known roofing system and replacing our skylight. The job was done in a day. The crew kept my husband informed of their progress and took pictures of the rotted plywood and showed him the pieces. They did a wonderful job. I usually second guess myself when making any decisions but not this time. I have already recommended Best Way Siding and Roofing to others.
