Luis stayed on top of the job and his workers were fast, efficient and dependable. The property was protected from damage as the roof was being installed and cleaned well after the work was completed. Luis also came in mid January to temporarily repair a leak until the entire roof could be replaced - there were no further problems. We are totally satisfied with the performance of this company.

Louis was renting 10 min late and he called to let me know . When he arrived he checked my roof and determined that everything was fine with the roof and that my siding had moved in the wind and the rain was able to come in there. I asked in he would slide the siding closed , he accommodated my request. I would recommend him to anyone who has a roof problem he is honest and very personable. He did not want to charge me anything.

Luis called right away, came out and gave an estimate. Scheduled the work and they did a great job. Cleaned up when they were done, very happy with the whole process.

Best way was awesome. Luis contacted me promptly and arrived right on time to provide an estimate for the job. With rain coming he wanted to get the job done within a day . He wrapped up a job and came by that same afternoon and repaired my roof ahead of the storm. Luis was professional, fair and no nonsense. They did a great job on my repair, they are now my roofing company.

Luis was very professional. He did a complete assessment of the roofing issues we had and a great job explaining what needed to be addressed. He did some remediation work to ensure we minimized issues before doing the roofing job. Explained the whole process well and was perfect in communication of when the job would start and when it will be completed. A real pleasure to work with. I Was very impressed. I would highly recommend Luis and his company for anyone looking for roofing.

The work never happened. Lewis made lot's of promises about putting me on the schedule every week but the weeks would come and go and I would not hear from him. when I would call to find out what was going on, I would get more promises about being put on the schedule for the following week. The following week would come and go....no roof. I was promised the work would be done before the winter. It is now the end of January and guess what. No roof. He never called me. Promised scheduled weeks would come and go and I always had to call to ask what was going on. What's worse is, every time I called he never knew who I was. I would always have to remind him. Now I cant even move around in my basement without tripping over roofing materials that should be on my house rather then in it.

Luis arrived on time with his crew. Did a wonderful job. Best of all his price was reasonable.

Luis arrived early for appt, gave estimate and the work was done the next day in 9 degree weather! 2nd floor bathroom dormer roof leaking, fixed flashing around chimney next to dormer and installed chimney topper. Honest professional workers, extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Cleaned up entire area. Will use again!

We highly recommend Best Way Siding and Roofing Company. The team did an excellent job replacing our hipped roof within two days! All the workers were courteous, no loud music nor smoking on our property. They were very professional and efficient at all time. There were on time, Luis came with an itemized estimate and they stand behind their work. They did the work in one day as they said they would. They were neat and cleaned up all the debris, and were careful around the shrubs and plants. I was very happy with their work and we would use them again or recommend them at anytime.
