I hired Allstar to fix my washing machine. The call to schedule was within 24 hours and the next available date was scheduled for the following week. The technician arrived on time, was professional, courteous and was at my home for 20~30 minutes. His opinion was that the 6-year-old machine repair was not worth the value of fixing, billed me 85 dollars and was on his way. I gave the technician 4 stars for his professionalism - but only one star for the scheduler. The scheduler for the appointment did not disclose that there would be an 85 dollar fee if they could not fix the machine. It never crossed my mind that my machine was not going to be worth repairing. I wish this was communicated when they set up the service - poor communication!

The repairman that came out to evaluate my washer was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. The office, however, needs to do a better job to check on appts and call to let people know when their repairman is running behind. They were an hour late after I called to find out if I had the wrong date and time when no one showed by the allotted time slot. Other than that Ive used them in the past and they were great.

they showed up when they said JR was the one that was here he was great. I would recomend them to everyone and will use them again if need be

Installed a new Dishwasher. It was a difficult project based on the electrical feed, but they did a great job. We are having them install our flat top stove next
