The service was excellent and the delivery/installers did an excellent job. We have a very old house with an unconventional access to the basement but they took it in stride and got the job done quickly and efficiently. The sale was quite painless and also a pleasant experience and only took 5 days from order to delivery and installation of the new Whirlpool Cabrio washer and dryer set. They are functioning properly and we have no problems to date.

Took care of the dryer problem we had, only replaced the required fuse, I would recommend them highly to anyone in the area

When I contacted All Star Maytag through Servicemagic I wasn't sure if it was where I purchased my Maytag. When he showed up at my door I was releived because it was his business where I purchased the Maytag. Shortly after I bought the Maytag (approx. 9 years ago) there was a problem with the electronic board, and he advocated on my behalf getting it replaced for no charge. He was very pleasant and most of all a very good repairman. I would not hesitate to purchase another appliance from All Star!

Refrigerator was fixed in a timely manner. Issue was resolved the first time.

The service was very good; the repairman All Star sent was very knowledgeable, found the problem right away and had the parts to fix my washing machine in his truck.
