This call was for a repair, an option I didn't see on your site. There was a delay in the first appointment because a required part failed to arrive on time. I was promptly notified of the delay, When they did arrive they quickly went to work with little, if any, wasted motion. The bill came in high but I was forewarned by the company that the job would not be small. So, give them extra star for excellent communication.

Technician was knew what he was doing analyzed the problem quickly and advised us of his findings and estimated cost to repair. As cost was in excess of unit value we did not have the unit repaired.
