The service rep arrived on time and was very friendly, courteous and professional. He knew right away what the problem was w/our dryer and was able to repair it and the price was much less than we had anticipated. We considered the service excellent!

My washing machine was leaking. They came over and assessed the problem right away. Ordered the parts and were back within two days to replace the part. Charges were reasonable, they were on time and professional.
