Violette Mechanical

Violette Mechanical was the contractor that installed our HVAC units 2 years ago in a new home. They were hired by the builder. We were new to the area and just hired the company that did the install and we had them out to do our annual inspections over the last year. A little rough around the edges - but they did a good job of arriving on the day they said they would be there and always cleaned up their mess when they left. The last week in December - just as a snow storm was coming - the Aprilaire unit died. Our daughter has allegeries - so it is important that we keep moisture in the house so she doesn't get sick. I called Violette just before the New Year and the receptionist stated that the technician will call me shortly to set up an appointment. I never received a call. I called 4 days later - thinking the they may have taken a break for the holiday. The receptionist stated they were busy dealing with customers that had no heat and that these clients receive priority service and everyone else must wait. They will get to us when they can. That was last week. It has been almost 2 weeks since we have reported our failed Aprilaire unit with no call back. It's disappointing - but it's time to find a company that can be more responsive.
