This is a great contractor. He delivered on time. The quality of work was excellent. His price was very reasonable, in fact 70% of the high bidder, 82% of the second bidder. Called & received a quick reasonable quote, and Demetrius was pleasant to deal with over the phone. His crew always showed up on time, and they were very careful while working. The cleaned every night before leaving, and we are satisfied with the job done. It was not the cheapest quote, but competitive, and the quality of workmanship was very good. We had one issue after the job was completed, and it was handled promptly. The only drawback is that we never did get any warranty paper work on the job, and when I recently called to get some paperwork (a bill marked paid in full) for tax purposes I never got a call back. I am really tuned into customer service, and that is disappointing. But the job was done well.

Two good sized roofs were cleared of snow of about 1 too 2 feet of snow for $500.00 A fair price considering the work involved.

I was please with the work. My only issue was the time he came was not the time we discussed. But everything else was great.

Removed all layers of existing roof down to the studs and installed completely new roof. Demetrius was the ONLY roofing contractor that actually got a ladder and went up onto the roof before bidding the job. Bid was carefully written up and specific as to the type and brand of materials that would be used. Answered all my questions and remained accountable throughout the project. Job was well done, completed quickly and on schedule, and workers did a great job of cleaning up.

Demetrius was the lowest cost and quickly completed the job to the highest standards.

Contacted and reviewed personally with Demetrius what I wanted done including replacing rake boards and installing gutter guards. CL&P moved the lines down 6 inches and shielded the lines. Demetrius Construction scheduled the job and did it perfectly including cleanup each day to include magnetic nail remover. All bushes and shrubs, deck were protected. Cost was excellent for the work performed. BTW two layers of shingles were removed. Highly recommend them!

Having Demetrius and his crew do my roof was from beginning to end, a great experience. They are on time, friendly, hard working and cleaned up every evening before leaving. Having two layers of roofing, they took it down to plywood and only had to replace one panel. They also had to do the front door entrance and smaller roofs over the two bay windows, removing and reinstalling the ridge vent as well as redoing the flashing around they chimney. Pricing was quite reasonable. I would recommend this vendor to anyone asking to have roof repair or replacement.

My entire experience with this company was good. The roofing crew was very friendly, did a good job of cleaning up each day, etc. Was the best price, and I could tell Demetrius was very honest. Even the "contingent" fee for replacing any plywood was 1/3 lower than any other competitor. (none needed replacement anyway.) Also, when the dumpster company removed the dumpster from the job, their truck went off my driveway and tore up my lawn a bit. Demetrius made sure that it was taken care of to my satisfaction. Any time I called Demetrius, I heard back from him within an hour.

Demetri was wonderful. He called within minutes of my request, and came over a few hours later to assess the project. He pointed out some additional work that needed to be done, but listened when I said I didn't want to do all of that immediately. He scheduled the work, arrived promptly, and did the work so neatly and quietly that my elderly dad barely noticed he was there. Afterwards, he called me to go over the potential problems he had found, and to advise me as to a future timeline. Demetri was very competent and professional throughout. I highly recommend him.
