Description of Work: Set up an appointment for an estimate (office people were great) for Sat. Feb 20th. Eric (Estimator) showed up and told us we would have the estimate by Tues or Wed the latest. A week went by and we never heard from him. Called the office the following Monday to ask about our estimate, they said they would look into it. Another week has gone by and we have heard nothing. In this economy I can't believe a business would leave a potential customer hanging like that. Their competitors provided estimates within 1 or 2 days. If they can't put in the effort to get me an estimate what kind of effort are they going to put into doing the job. It surprised me based on the rating they have on this site. Hopefully my experience was a fluke. I won't be wasting my time calling them again.
