+ -1 moreHe had to put out his own money first to get the part ordered. He dealt with both of us and was very patient. Not everybody will deal with the plumbing in the building my mother lives in, as it is really old. In the end, he did come back with the part. The deal was, that if the part was needed, he would charge us for the part, and if it wasn't needed he would just charge a restocking fee for the part. He did get the unit working without the part. He also got the other little things working that my mother wanted to have done. The guy was a real class act. He had incredible patience and was very knowledgeable. He could have really socked it to us. I was really pleased with him.
Description of Work: He came out to repair a heating unit in my mother's condo. The first time he came there to evaluate what the problem was and he also looked at the other heating units. It hadn't been working properly. He told her she need filters and also he said she needed a part that might cost several hundred dollars.
