Jim promptly returned my inquiry and was able to set up an appointment very quickly. He explained what the issue was with my dishwasher and made the repair at a very fair price. I would recommend Discount Appliance Service and will definitely use Jim again when the need arises.

Jim was willing to adjust his schedule mid-day, to accommodate my call and provide same day service. When that didn't happen (due to me) he came early the next day. (The organization in my town told me 5 days). Though he was not able to identify and absolutely correct the problem , he did I believe, everything humanly possible to help me. He seemed to know exactly what he was doing and charged a fair price for the service call. Would definitely recommend Discount Appliance Service and they will be my vendor of choice in the future.

Discovered the problem. Didn't have replacement part on hand, ordered part and returned on my next available day off . Finished the job in 20 minutes and the washer is working find. Jim really knows his stuff.
