Chris Sheppard is a very knowledgeable, go-to technician. His estimates are fair and his work level is top drawer ! He installed 3 new valves and removed and installed a new toilet for me. In the process he uncovered that I had a cracked flange which he suspected was causing a bad ungoing leak through my ceiling.
